You must submit requested documents within 7 calendar days. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 777VIP PH will never ask for your password via any channel. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible account. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts or via any other method not authorised by 777VIP PH will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.
777VIP PH reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If a promotion is terminated before you complete its wagering requirement, any outstanding bonus balance may be removed, but your real-money balance will not be affected.
All bets placed on 777VIP PH are final once confirmed. 777VIP PH does not accept cancellations or changes to confirmed bets under normal circumstances. In cases of genuine technical error (see Section 7.2), 777VIP PH may void a bet and return the original stake to the player's account.

For esports and sports betting at 777VIP PH, bets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant tournament organiser or sports governing body. Abandoned matches or matches with fewer than the minimum qualifying time completed may be voided.
